WE OFFER:

Five 1-3 person rooms in a year-round wooden house with a view of the garden, meadows and forest.

All rooms with bathrooms (showers).

There are a total of 9 beds in all rooms: five double beds, two single beds and two extra beds (fold-out sofas for sleeping function).

Available:

– Fully equipped kitchen

– Living room with fireplace

– Fireplace

– Grill hut with oven.

PRICES VALID IN 2024:

Minimum stay in the “low” season (February, May, June, September): 2 days.

Minimum stay in the “high” season (July – August): 4 days.

Minimum stay on long weekends: 3 days.

– Price for a room on the first floor (1-2 people): PLN 210/day

– Another person in a room on the first floor: PLN 50/day (single bed or extra bed)

– Price for an apartment on the ground floor with a double bed: PLN 260/day

Prices include: use of towels, coffee and tea – available in the shared kitchen, final cleaning.

Additional fees:

_ extension of the hotel day: PLN 15/hour

– flat fee for doing laundry (with your own detergent): PLN 20

– flat fee for using the kitchen (cooking yourself – if meals are not purchased from the hosts): PLN 100/room/day.

– PLN 100 – organizing a bonfire or barbecue during your stay (does not apply to a barbecue dinner)

– PLN 50/day – bike rental.

RULES and CONDITIONS:

1. We guarantee a 100% refund of the advance payment in case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
2. Hotel day: arrival from 2 p.m. – departure until 12.00. Arrival time: 20:00 (on Fridays – until 22:00).
3. Night curfew applies from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
4. !!!PLEASE DO NOT THROW IN TOILETS: PAPER TOWELS, HYGIENE, COSMETIC, CHILDREN’S, MAKE-UP REMOVAL WIPES, DIAPERS, WOMEN’S ACCESSORIES, ETC. AS THIS MAY RESULT IN A SERIOUS AND EXPENSIVE FAILURE THAT IS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE SEWAGE AND PRACTICE INCLUDING THE EXCLUSION OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE FROM USE !!!
5. Parents and guardians are responsible for damage caused by children.
6. Children are not allowed to stay in the house or on the premises without the supervision of an adult guardian.
7. Owners or guardians are responsible for damage caused by dogs.
8. Dogs cannot be left alone at home in the absence of their owners or guardians, and cannot run around the farm without supervision.
9. Smoking and the use of open flames (e.g. candles, scented candles, incense sticks, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the house.
10. Lighting the fireplace, grill and bonfire is only possible under the supervision of the hosts.
11. Waste segregation is obligatory at home: please sort and dispose of waste according to: instructions of the hosts – into marked containers.
12. The hosts provide a sufficient amount of wood to heat the house with a fireplace and provide drinking water. Larger quantities of wood may be available for an additional fee.
13. Please save electricity: turn off unnecessary lighting and electrical devices (laptops, tablets, Wi-Fi router, etc.) – unnecessary when sleeping or away from home.
14. Please do not leave private items/valuable items in the common area.
15. Please leave the common space tidy (cleaning up dishes, putting away furniture, etc.).
16. We charge a fee of PLN 20/piece for lost, broken or damaged dishes.
17. We charge a fee of PLN 200/piece for lost or damaged towels and textiles.
